In accordance with Italian current regulations foreseen to contain the spread of Covid19 virus, every participant will be required to show, at the entrance to QboSapiens venue, his/her own EU digital COVID certificate whose validity will be verified to grant the access to our venue. In case of lack of or invalid EU digital COVID certificate, the access to the venue will not be allowed. Please be informed no personal data will be stored during the checking.
At the entrance to QboSapiens venue, the following additional protective measures are also foreseen:
All participants will be also required to use surgical masks for the entire course duration.
The same rule will be respected by QboSapiens team.
Moreover, at the end of each course, the sanitization of the entire training room will be conducted.
“Discovering Qbo” and “Qbo Master” courses are for free. Whereas for “Professional High Class” courses the payment can be fulfilled via PayPal or by bank transfer:

Every participant enrolled to “Professional High Class” courses will receive a confirmation e-mail, thus allowing to proceed with the payment of the course fee which has to be compulsorily paid before attending the course. Within 10 calendar days before the beginning of the course, cancellation is possible without penalty. Beyond this deadline, the total amount paid cannot be reused.
“Discovering Qbo” and “Qbo Master” courses are for free. Whereas for “Professional High Class” courses the overall amount will have to be paid – upon confirmation e-mail to proceed with the payment – within 10 calendar days prior to the beginning of the course.
Enrollments close 15 calendar days prior to the beginning of the course. Enrollments are limited: once the maximum participants’ number is reached, no further enrollments will be accepted. The course dates available within the website page “Courses” are always up-to-date according to availability.
In case a course has to be postponed, all enrolled participants will be duly notified via e-mail within 10 working days prior to the beginning of the course. Please remember that for paid admission courses (“Professional High Class”) it is necessary to wait for the confirmation e-mail before proceeding with the payment. If the payment is fulfilled before receiving the before-mentioned confirmation, the overall paid amount will not be refunded in case the course has to be postponed according to the stated terms.
For “Professional High Class” courses, in order not to fall into penalty, cancellation notice has to be communicated within 10 calendar days prior to the beginning of the course. The communication has to be written via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If cancellation notice occurs according to these terms, the total refund of the payment is foreseen. Alternatively, the amount can be reused for another course included within QboSapiens course offer. Beyond the before-mentioned deadline, the total amount paid will be lost, with no possibility for it to be reused for any other QboSapiens course. As an alternative to cancellation, it is always possible – before the beginning of the course – to replace the spot by providing name and contact details of the new participant. Also for “Discovering Qbo” and “Qbo Master” courses cancellation notice has to be written via e-mail to: email@example.com possibly one week before the beginning of the course.
