Mattia De Marchi
His professional career has started in several hotels and restaurants in Venice and Treviso. Thanks to his incessant will to improve, and to grow both professionally and personally, he has then moved first in Sydney where he has worked in some international restaurants for a year. Then, once concluded the Australian experience, he has moved to Chile where he has gained new working experiences for several months in the capital, Santiago de Chile. Since 2014 he is part of Roboqbo's R&D team, where he acts also as technical trainer specialised for the gastronomy and pastry sectors of Latin America.
