He actively participates in the projects of the Research and Development team - which he heads - bringing continuous innovation to the Qbo range and training chefs from all over the world on its use and its incredible potential. With the experience gained in Italian catering and pastry, he is also a renowned chef with restaurants in Venice and Treviso.


Discovering Qbo is a course specifically designed to provide you with an overall overview - theoretical and practical - on the applications of Qbo Universal Processing System for the gastronomy sector. More specifically, the practical recipes that will be conducted during this online session are: fond de cuisson, bechamel, mayonnaise and Bolognese sauce.
